Specific Objectives

The Programme strategy provides for the further division of the Axes into Specific Objectives.

The nine key concepts that follow express the central theme of each Specific Objective: Axis 1 has 5 objectives, Axis 2 has 2, Axis 3 has 1. Regarding Axis 4, its three Specific Objectives have been grouped together in a single key concept.

This objective addresses actions for enhancing skills in the production and management of public data and in access and re-use activities fostering transparency and civic participation.

This objective addresses measures for improving the capacity and performance of the PA, by enhancing digital skills, strengthening organizational efficiency, innovating service management.

#effectiveness
This objective addresses measures for improving the capacity and performance of the PA, by enhancing digital skills, strengthening organizational efficiency, innovating service management.

#efficiency
This objective addresses actions for enhancing the efficiency and quality of performance of the judicial system through technological innovation.

#legality
This objective addresses actions for greater integrity of and legality in the PA, by developing competencies for managing the tools to prevent and combat corruption.

#open-gov
This objective addresses technological solutions for ensuring the accessibility of online data and services, through an inclusive and participatory approach.

#e-gov
This objective addresses technological models and solutions for managing the administrative processes and implementing fully interoperable digital services for citizens and businesses.

#multilevel governance
This objective addresses the development of administrative and technical skills in public investment programmes, the improvement of multilevel governance, the implementation of the Administrative Capacity-Building Plans, cooperation within the PA and dialogue with communities.

This objective funds support actions for implementing the Programme and the Partnership Agreement, the 2014-2020 national programming document for cohesion policy.
