Accessibility

The administrators of the 2014 – 2020 NATIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME ON GOVERNANCE AND INSTITUTIONAL CAPACITY constantly aim to ensure that pages can be accessed and utilised by as many users as possible and, as they are aware that real persons must make continuous checks to achieve this goal, thereby ask all visitors to notify any issues regarding the site at: comunicazione.pongov14-20@agenziacoesione.gov.it.

This site uses the standard XHTML 1.0 Strict code recommended by W3C. CSS layout is used to ensure better separation of contents from their graphic representation and improved accessibility. This site complies with both the requirements established in annex A, MD of 8 July 2005 and the 12 requirements laid down in recent review of this Annex.

A number of annexes in pdf format comprising just images may be published and therefore not accessible.

REQUIREMENT 1 – TEXT ALTERNATIVES

Provide text alternatives for any non-text content so that it can be changed into other forms people need, such as large print, braille, speech, symbols or simpler language.

Create content that can be presented in different ways (for example simpler layout) without losing information or structure.

Additional information: content is presented in such a way as it can be used independently from the context, therefore without a significant sequence. Precautions have been taken to avoid information being repeatedly read (e.g. jumping the menu to access content).

Make it easier for users to see and hear content including separating foreground from background.

Compliant: YES
Additional information: colours have not been used as the only visual means of representing content. Contrast between text and the background is sufficiently high (above 3:1). Text size can be changed using browser functions without losing information.
